Tanglewood

Tanglewood is the only guarded gated community within Hunter’s Creek. The neighborhood consists of 182 home site many of which are golf front. The Tanglewood community features a community pool, large Jacuzzi and tennis courts for exclusive use of Tanglewood residents. Another distinction of Tanglewood is that all of the front yards landscaping is maintained by the Tanglewood homeowners association. This friendly community is located on Hunters Creek Blvd between John Young and Orange Blossom Trail.
Terra Vista

Terra Vista was the first neighborhood in the Vistas with construction beginning in 1999. The neighborhood was completed in 2003 and features 174 three to five bedroom homes. The community is set just behind Vista Park, giving residents easy access to one of Hunter’s Creeks largest recreational facilities.
Timucua

The community was named after the Timucua Indians who resided in Central Florida. Westshire
