Ocita

Ocita is the largest neighborhood in Hunters Creek with 296 home sites. The community is home to Lake Ocita and five retention ponds and backs up to the shingle creek conservation area. The neighborhood is well kept and lushly landscaped.  Ocita is one of 9 incorporated neighborhoods within Hunter’s Creek. Residents enjoy a park within the community and walking trails that run though the conservation area end at Osprey Park.   

Orista Bay

Orista Bay is a small community of 50 homes located off of Hunter’s Creek Blvd just south of Town Center Blvd. This proud and friendly community is considered the “Crown Jewel of Hunter’s Creek” by many residents. The community is just a short walk from Osprey Park where residents are able to enjoy all the activities here including volleyball, basketball, tennis, soccer and baseball fields a children’s playground and a dog park.

Pace’s Mill

Pace’s Mill is located in the western most area of Hunter’s Creek across from the Vistas on Town Center Blvd. The community consists of 114 home sites built between 1996 and 1999. Homes in Pace’s Mill range from 3 – 5 bedrooms with square footages up to 2700+.

Palma Vista is one of Hunter’s Creeks newer communities. The community features 2 ponds and is within walking distance to Vista Park. The community began construction in 2002 and was completed in 2004. There are 203 homes in Palma Vista ranging in sizes from 3 – 5 bedrooms with square footages from 1400 – 2800+.

Quail Lake

Quail lake is a quiet neighborhood of 71 homes on the Southeast section of Hunter’s Creek just off of Hunters Creek Blvd across from the Hunter's Creek golf course. The tranquil community features a community heated pool. This peaceful little neighborhood features 3 and 4 bedroom homes built between 1989 and 1992. You can often find residents helping one another out or gathering for impromptu socials in their front yards and driveways.

Raintree

Raintree is a small community of 43 homes located off of Town Center Blvd. This friendly little community features 3 and 4 bedroom homes built between 1998 and 2000. Each year Raintree residents gather for an annual block party where they enjoy conversation, music and food.

Sandhill Trace

The community was the second to be developed in Hunter’s Creek with the first home being built in 1987 and the last one in 1991. Settlers landing features a community pool for residents to enjoy. The community is bordered by Quail Lake to the east, Eagle Lake to the West and a conservation area to the south.

Sierra Vista
